The books on this site are stored in RTF (Rich Text Format) format. Minimal and very basic formatting is done. There are two ways of using these files. 1. This file can be opened in Microsoft Word and directly sent to the Embossor. Care must be taken to avoid any contraction or translation. This is already a formatted Braille. 2. Open the software you are normally using to print your files on the Embossor. Create a new file as a formatted Braille. Copy all the contents of the book file with extension .rtf and paste them on the editor of the already opened software. Now print the book as you always do.
